Sandra Nkake

While listening to Streetwise Radio I heard Sandra Nkake's song “Fairy Tales” and thought who is this singer with this unique voice. This 39 year old singer from Yaounde, Cameroon, is a Soul, Jazz and R&B singer that is truly underrated. Sandra Nkake released her solo album in “Mansaadi” in 2008. The title song from this album is “Mansaadi” has a real funky feel Sandra has a strong voice. I really like her second album “Nothing For Granted” released in 2012. The musicians she has playing  with her are top rate. Some of my favorite songs, that are going on my play list are “Happy”, “Always The Same”, “Show Me The Way”, “Nothing For Granted”, “You'd Better Dance”, “YA Ya Ya” and “A New Shore”.
